Our driver Joe was punctual on both journeys. He was easy to identify when we arrived at Genoa Airport. His excellent and he was most helpful with our luggage and very polite. We particularly appreciated the fact that, when we arrived at our destination, he told us that he would be collecting us for our return journey, confirming time and date. The car was clean and comfortable.

Everything went perfectly smooth, the cab picked us up exactly at the agreed time. I very appreciated that I recieved an email of the driver on day before the transfer in which he offered to pick us up at a different location than the airport which was extremely convenient anf helpful for us! And to recieve his mobile number! Great service!!!

Picked us up promptly from the airport. Had a sign so it was easy to recognize him. Spoke English and gave us some helpful info about our hotel and surroundings.

Very good : driver on time at each location, very nice driver, car clean and very comfortable. And payment with credit card accepted. No comment on "value for money" as I didn't check price with standard taxi.
